About the University
We consider that it is important to help scientists, lecturers and college students so that they have access to important scientific data to assist their research and education. Although Americans generally hold science in excessive regard and respect its findings, for some contested points, such as the existence of anthropogenic climate change, public opinion is polarized alongside religious and political traces. We ask whether or not individuals with more common education and higher science data, measured by way of science training and science literacy, display extra (or less) polarized beliefs on a number of such points. We report secondary analyses of a nationally representative dataset (the General Social Survey), analyzing the predictors of beliefs relating to six probably controversial issues.
Each group dedicated to improving fairness and outcomes for all students, particularly for college kids how have been and proceed to be underserved by our training system.
